State of the Business
The infrastructure features exceptional physical security, ample power and complete network redundancy. Perhaps most importantly the facility contains ample space for our on site managed support staff. We have doubled our technical support and engineering teams to ensure that our esteemed level of service is maintained in this period of growth. The state of Michigan has recognized our rate of growth and is equally enthusiastic about what is on the horizon for Liquid Web. We were recently honored by the Chamber of Commerce along side the North American President of General Motors, another Michigan company, as one of eight of Mid-Michigan's top businesses. While I accepted this honor personally, I considered myself only a proxy for the recognition deserved by what I would consider the highest skilled technical team in the industry. With the year of 2007 nearly upon us, we will see many of the investments we have made this year in terms of innovation and service improvement will come to fruition in current product enhancements, as well as entirely new product lines. From enhancements to backup services, enhanced windows offerings, and concise centralized system level health monitoring systems for all managed server clients, the product enhancements are both exciting and innovative. These features are slated to be offered to all current clients without additional charges. I for one am grateful for the opportunity to communicate with you as a Liquid Web client, and look forward to growing with your business in many years to come. Windows Enhancements Coming Soon! At Liquid Web we understand that Windows Server hosting is in high demand and the market is rapidly growing. The most recent Netcraft survey that showed a significant increase in market share over the past 6 months. To accommodate this rapid growth, Liquid Web has been working closely with Microsoft and Implement.com to improve our Windows Products. By utilizing this partnership Liquid Web has been able to automate the configuration and monitoring of our Windows Machines. Liquid Web has also increased the overall security and management options available by implementing a management structure based on Active Directory. By utilizing the latest technologies in automation and security, Liquid Web has been able to significantly reduce our windows product pricing by reducing our overall overhead.
